 1  Isolation 

If you tested positive for COVID19,you are encouraged to stay home (or rest your hotel) and  limit your contact with others.  This will help prevent others in your community from getting sick.

How can I end isolation?

 You can end isolation from the congregate after:

Asymptomatic Case

・ 7 whole days after the day the positive specimen was collected, or 5 days if the test kit is negative on the 5th day.

Symptomatic Case

7 whole days after the first sign of symptoms and 24 hours free of any symptoms.

・For those hospitalized or in an elderly facility, the treatment is lifted after 10 days or more and after 72 hours of recovery.

・The end date will not change even if your family is recuperating at home.

If Symptoms appear after a negative result

7 days with the day of onset as day 0
Example: If the 1st is the date of sample collection and there were no symptoms until the 3rd, but symptoms began on the 4th, the next day, from the 5th to the 11th, will be the recuperation period.

Return to work /school

Please consult with  each  office or school in advance. Because it may not be possible depending on the rules of the office or school.

 2 Contact from Public Health Center

●The following persons who must report a case of infection ・・・  contacted by  public health center

●Persons 65 years of age older 

●Persons requirrig hospialization 

●Pregnant women

●Persons at risk of severe disease + Persons in need of drugs for treatment etc

●Persons who need not report a case of infection ・・・ no contact from  public health center
